bn5 will never request your password, full account number, or sensitive verification codes via email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, or any channel outside the secure in-platform communication system. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to bn5.
bn5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. All real-money transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). bn5 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — your deposit method must be registered in your own name.
Withdrawals are conditional on completion of KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts are restricted from initiating withdrawals. All bets and wagers on bn5 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. bn5 reserves the right to void bets where a system error, data feed malfunction, or palpable error results in an incorrect price or outcome being offered. In such cases, stakes will be returned.
For casino games, the result determined by the certified RNG or live dealer outcome is final. For sports betting, results are settled based on official league, federation, or governing body decisions. bn5's settlement decision is final in cases where the official result is disputed between sources.
In the event of a technical disruption during a game session or live bet, bn5 will endeavour to resolve the matter in accordance with the game or sport's applicable rules. Where resolution is not possible, the stake may be returned at bn5's discretion. bn5 is not liable for disruptions caused by the player's device, internet connection, or local network.
